Hi.  Welcome to Wichita's finest and arguably most eclectic catering kitchen.  The dream of starting this kitchen started at culinary school where the idea of fusing Eastern and Western cooking was sown.  Others have tried this concept, but few have mastered it.

Based out of Wichita Kansas, our kitchen follows in the footsteps of other culinary giants by promising to provide a veritable smorgasbord of deliciousness to tickle the taste-buds.

Chef Sapna Bharati graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona. Though born and raised in Wichita, Chef Sapna’s passion for global cuisine and culture has led her on culinary journeys through exquisite locations such as India, Thailand, Peru, and Morocco to study global flavors and ingredients. 

 

Chef Sapna spent 6 years in Minneapolis, Minnesota working in a number of local restaurants including The Marquette Hotel. While at The Marquette Hotel she catered banquets that ranged from 12 to 600 people including, but not limited to: Twin Cities Charlie Awards, Chaine des Rotisseurs, NFL teams, MLB teams, MLB hall of fame members and families, Premier League Soccer teams, musicians and celebrities.

 

She maintained a junior membership with the American Culinary Federation (ACF) while attending culinary school, and is currently a member of The Women Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR).

 

Chef Sapna is excited to be back in Wichita, and share her culinary experience and cuisine within the community!
